1. Full payment of goods is due on placement of order, fitting costs are paid direct to fitters and due after the works have been completed. Deposit payments are offered at the Manager’s discretion
only

2. Any cancellations will incur a 25% re-stocking fee based on the full price of the goods purchased and must be made within 7 days of purchase date.

3. We will not refund any un-used items if the customer has provided their own measurements. Stock items may be returned at the managers discretion.

4. We will only accept a full refund on stock items, limited to a maximum of 2 full un-opened packs of flooring. Non-stock/ special order items are non-returnable.

5. If a product is deemed faulty, and this is confirmed and accepted by the manufacturer a full refund will be offered within 28 days of purchase.

6. We act as agents for independent self-employed floorcoverings installers. We retain full
responsibility for the products and service we supply, however our independent installers own full responsibility for the quality of the fitting service.

7. If floor coverings are present at the time of measuring/ quoting the customer retains full
responsibility of inspecting the condition and levels of the sub-floor prior to installation. If the subfloor is deemed un-suitable on the day of installation your fitting date may be delayed until the sub floor has been adequately prepared. We are able to provide the sub floor preparation but this is
subject to relevant costs, dependant on the application.

8. Unless previously organised and paid for, all old floor coverings must be uplifted, and rooms cleared of furniture before our team of installers arrive. If old floorcoverings have not been removed the following charges are enforced and liable to be paid for by the customer:
– Uplift of floor coverings = £3 per square metre
– Uplift and dispose of floor coverings = £5 per square metre

9. White/ electrical goods must be disconnected and moved where necessary – installers will not
assist with the moving of white/ electrical goods.
